C++ Developer
Job Requirements

• Experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of C++ is required
• Good knowledge of some of the following languages: Java, C#, VB, ASP, Perl, PHP, SQL is a big plus
• Good knowledge of some of the following technologies: .Net, COM/DCOM, ActiveX, SOAP, CORBA, J2EE/J2SE/J2ME, EJB, HTML/DHTML, XML/XSLT is a plus
• Experience in working with WEB technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CGI) is a plus;
• Knowledge of programming patterns or architectural patterns is a big plus
• English (written)

Web Application Developer
Job Requirements

• Experience in software development

Employment Process

Softomate employment process consists of two simple stages:

Testing
This stage follows the selection based on data in CV’s.
Testing provides initial results to estimate the skills of potential Softomate employees in specific language/platform. Testing is considered as a preliminary stage of Softomate employment process.
After selecting the potential employees the tests are sent to them in accordance with the skills that are most important for Softomate. The tests are sent only if the specific language is mentioned in CV of a candidate. Otherwise the candidate is considered inappropriate for the position offered. Typically the number of test questions is limited to 50. The time to answer is about 1 day if the test is arranged offline (i.e. sending the message with tests and waiting for an answer). The answering time can be considered as additional parameter for a candidate if the tests are arranged online.

Interview
 We set up a personal interview with candidate in our office. The interview will cover candidate’s communication skills, ability to work in team and personal motivations and characteristics.
