History

From the very start, Softomate focused on providing software solutions for new-economy businesses, concentrated on outreach to countries with the most prospective markets.

We came a long way to establish and take over our own niche.

In 1998 Softomate began implementing mid-sized projects in the Australian market. Softomate has completed over 20 projects, gathering requirements and providing customer support through Australian sales representatives and developing software in the Russian software-house.

In 1999 Softomate entered the European market providing software solutions to Swiss companies. During the first half of 1999 Softomate successfully developed over 10 projects for its Swiss customers.

 In 2001 Softomate continued expansion in Europe (England, Italy, Norway, Finland) and acquired new projects from the United States.

In 2001 Softomate was nominated one of the top ten leading software development companies in Russia. In this year Softomate developed our first own software product, ToolbarStudio. The new product helped take browser plug-in development on the next level and attract more clients.

In January-July of 2003, Softomate developed web solutions for Skype, the Global P2P Telephony Company and famous international telecommunications provider.

In May of 2004 Softomate entered the German market by launching the project for German Company WEB.DE AG, the designers of WEB.DE, an independent on-line service portal and one of the leading brands in the fast-growing German Internet market. 
In April through July of 2005, Softomate  has successfully developed a project for AOL (America Online, Inc.), a division of Time Warner, Inc. - the world’s leader in online services, providing consumers with high-level valuable, convenient, relevant, and enjoyable online services.
