Activa Outlook Plug-in

Their Problem:
The Client needed Outlook plug-in that would check all incoming and outgoing mail on customer’s computer and would automatically pass some of them to CRM system server for accounting purposes.

Our Solution:
The Activa Outlook plug-in included custom toolbar added to Outlook Explorer and Inspector windows. Toolbar let control mail automaticaly and/or pass some emails to server manually. The plug-in let maintain list of known contacts with option to enable/disable letters monitoring to/from these contacts. The information collected had to be sent to the server in background thread to prevent Outlook from hanging. The plug-in could be configured to work from behind proxy/firewall. The Activa Outlook plug-in could be easily localized by editing single language file.
